Our kitchen center is where we produce the food listed above and production starts early at 1:00 am every day. When it comes to cooking rice, we slightly adjust cooking direction according to the weather and temperature in order to achieve consistent quality. In addition to quality control, we also prioritize food safety. We adhere to standards of hygiene outlined by the Certificate of HACCP’s health plan (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point). It is also mandatory for our employee to obtain a California Food Handler Certificate.
